- Work with customers as technical experts during post sales to ensure business goals are met with IBM software and services
- Identify use cases, co-create on MVPs and partner with clients as they design solution architectures and scale use cases to production
- Are assigned to one broad solution area including Automation, Data and AI, Kyndryl-Storage- zSW, Cloud, Security, Sustainability and watsonx
- Technical knowledge to drive adoption
- Serve as a trusted expert for the customer’s migration and deployment of CS-covered offerings
- Conducts workshops with customers to align IT architecture, integration and migration requirements
- Onboard practitioners with specific training
- Support customer execution of workload migration roadmap
- Assists in Day 2 operational planning and execution
