This Talent Acquisition Internship program will focus on Early Level Hiring for Latin America.
This program combines theoretical learning with practical day-to-day experience.
Main responsibilities in Latin America:
Management of Internship Agreements between IBM and Universities
Daily Support and Meetings on Issues Related to Agreements
Financial Billing Management
Support in Virtual Talent Attraction Events
Support to the IBM'Bassador Program in Talent Acquisition.
- Must be enrolled in and attending college
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquitision
- Commitment to a 6-hour a day internship for at least 12 months
- Proficiency in the Office Package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish
Fluent Spanish is a plus
