The Sales Acceleration Team propel Digital Sellers execution effectiveness to amplify the creation of quality pipeline aligned to business unit priorities across all sales motions, with significant emphasis on driving new client acquisition to maximize revenue within Digital Select.
By harnessing AI, real-time data, predictive analytics, and automated workflows, we will amplify speed, precision, and resonance within Digital Sales sales motions, driving execution around new client acquisition and the maximization of lifetime value
- Align with Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging, content co-creation, and coordinated event execution.
- Enable sellers to confidently execute sales plays and cadences tailored to market priorities and audience needs.
- Devise and guide prospecting strategies to effectively target ideal audience segments for each cadence.
Continuously optimize cadences through testing of tactics, messaging, and targeting for maximum impact. - Collaborate with Business Partners to co-plan and execute high-energy campaigns and events like blitz days and webinars.
- Coach sellers on territory planning to align the right strategies and actions with diverse segment needs.
- Ensure priority alignment with sales and market leaders, adjusting focus as needed to meet business goals.
- Leverage AI to enhance targeting, messaging, and overall cadence performance.
- 1- 3 years of experience in sales (with a quota), sales enablement, sales coaching, or digital sales strategy roles.
- Exposure to sales methodologies, territory planning and using integrated digital tools stack
- Understanding of modern B2B sales processes and buyer journeys.
- Language: Spanish native language, fluent in verbal and written English
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, product, and sales leadership to align messaging, tools, and tactics.
- Comfortable using analytics to make data driven decisions.
- Familiarity with IBM’s product portfolio or experience in enterprise technology sales.
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption of new tools, processes, or strategies across sales teams.
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and empowering others to succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
