Campaign Setup / Tagging
Collaborate with clientteam to set up email, SMS creatives using standard templates in Adobe Campaign Classic.
Coordinate with the Client stakeholders to receive campaign files, validate HTML is rendering accurately in the Adobe Campaign template and personalization attributes are correct.
Campaign QA / Proofing
Perform QA on audience and creative to ensure right customers are receiving the correct campaign content and the defined mandatory checks for all email creative are completed before scheduled/manual deployment.
Perform Audience file validation against the specific creative to confirm correct set of customers are receiving the campaign.
Perform checks on the creative for design, layout and preview with the actual populated data..
Campaign UAT / Testing
Scheduling and launch campaigns after all QC steps are performed.
Track deployment details and schedules per requirements.
Report bounces, undeliverable, unsubscribes and invalid email addresses and maintain a list of undeliverable emails and perform checks against the list prior to each deployment
• Implement complex, highly personalized email campaigns utilizing dynamic content, producing over mulitple versions/audiences/testing segments, delivered weekly; personalization included loyalty program components
• Collaborate with clients to launch Adobe Campaign platform: apply business and data requirements; test audience selection, campaign execution, and reporting functionality;
• Perform functional testing of email content and validated audience segmentation and deployment details
• Provide campaign recommendations supported by post send reports which included email metrics, segmentation breakdown, A/B testing results, and Google Analytics site traffic information
Experience in marketing automation/ marketing cloud platforms and digital marketing with certification in Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner level.
SQL , MS Office, project management skills by collaborating with key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of data segmentation concepts
Proven ability to deliver strategy, insights, best practices for channel specific marketing and loyalty program, based on platform capabilities
Develop and implement streamlined, standardized and scalable processes and documentation across channels, teams, and brands to ensure on time delivery and flawless execution of ad hoc and automated user journeys
Strong relationship building experience with clients and internal stakeholders, served as SME for email and SMS channel marketing i
Experience establishing client onboarding and training programs with guides, checklists, and QA standards
