Required Skills:
• Experience:
• 15+ years across Communication sector BSS and OSS stacks, focusing on major telecom clients.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telecom sales force solutions.
• Leadership in Tool Development:
• Automated processes for cloud operations.
• Streamlined pricing and operational workflows.
• Reduced manual interventions, improving efficiency.
• Client Eminence:
• Demonstrated expertise in technology development, sales, and operations in telecom organizations, contributing significantly to account revenue growth.
• Operational Expertise:
• In-depth understanding of delivery operations (SDLC), system flows end-to-end, and business processes.
• 10+ years of release management expertise with an understanding of cross-organizational processes.
• Business Outcomes:
• Proven track record of driving $10-15M in revenue across various capabilities and domain leadership.
• Focused on outcome realization, navigating challenges effectively.
