- Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including but not limited to the following:
- Issuing necessary documentation to separated employees. Assist in employee and manager queries.
- Liaising with all involved internal stakeholders to ensure a timely and smooth exit process for separated employees.
- Constantly review associated processes and recommend changes for improvements and efficiencies in line with ESA (Eliminate, Automate, and Simplify).
- Communicate in a professional, positive, transparent, and courteous manner at all times with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential matters and information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.
- Identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve issues identified within a process, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Monitor and process tickets in the ticketing system. Resolve and close escalated cases.
- Take part in internal and external audits and ensure all related information is prepared well in advance.
- Collaborate on final pay inputs to the payroll team and close an employee's full and final settlement as per regional legal deadlines.
- Contribute to internal reporting, dashboards, metrics, and RCA analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and best practices related to offboarding.
- Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Sound proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Should be working in the mid-shift, with shifts starting from 1 PM IST onwards.
1. Fluency in English Business Communication(written and spoken) is essential.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferably MS Excel and MS Word.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
5. Understanding of any regional payroll process and proficiency in using HR software and tools will be an added advantage.
6. Should be comfortable with weekend working while contributing to critical projects only.
