 Atuar na documentação, padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais e administrativos envolvidos em um projeto de BPO, garantindo conformidade, rastreabilidade e eficiência na transição e operação dos serviços.

 Responsabilidades

•             Levantar, mapear e documentar processos de negócio e desenho de fluxogramas.

•             Elaborar e manter atualizados manuais operacionais, procedimentos (SOPs/DTP’s), instruções de trabalho e políticas internas.

•             Utilizar ferramentas como BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, Blueworks ou compativel para representar visualmente os processos.

•             Organizar bibliotecas digitais de documentos.

•             Controlar versões e acessos, garantindo segurança e rastreabilidade.

•             Apoiar times de transição e operação na validação e revisão de processos documentados.

•             Garantir que a documentação esteja alinhada com os requisitos de compliance, auditoria e governança.

•             Participar de reuniões com stakeholders para entender requisitos e propor melhorias nos processos.

•             Contribuir com a estruturação de bases de conhecimento e repositórios documentais.

•             Realizar controle de versões e gestão de mudanças na documentação.

•             Apoiar treinamentos e workshops com base na documentação produzida.

•             Noção básica em process mining.

 Skills Técnicos e de Mercado

•             Ferramentas de modelagem de processos: BlueWorkLives. Conhecimento em outras como Bizagi, Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart, é um diferencial

•             Conhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.

•             Experiência com ferramentas de gestão documental: SharePoint.

•             Capacidade de análise crítica e visão sistêmica de processos.

•             Excelência na comunicação escrita e organização de informações.

 Formação Acadêmica

•             Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Processos ou áreas correlatas.

 Experiência Desejada

•             Experiência prévia em projetos de BPO, CSC ou transformação digital.

•             Vivência com ambientes corporativos complexos e multifuncionais.

•             Participação em projetos de transição ou implementação de novos processos.
