Are you a seasoned finance professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for process optimization and team leadership? We're excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our AR Core team as Rebates & Promotions Manager

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

As Rebates & Promotions Manger, you will be responsible to for the following activities:

  • Setup rebate or promotion (off invoice)
  • Check promo IDs as per tracker for potential releases
  •  Setup rebate/promotion
  • Align dates with Trade Plan
  • Send invoices to NAMs with breakdown per brand for the NAMs to advise on promo pots
  • Maintain trackers with promo pots. Check promo dates match customer invoice, nomination forms match the retro funding and date, all PPGs are on the nomination form as per the invoice and Siebel
  •  Process rebate or promotion claim
  • Run Esker for new invoices and download
  • 1-1 meetings with NAMs to check and advise
  • Action chargebacks for incorrect invoices (incorrect funding)
  • Check all dates, make sure there are enough funds in promo pot and action invoice in Siebel/SAP. If insufficient funds, NAMs to advise.

  • Fluent English required, other European language nice to have
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, SAP, HRC, Siebel CRM & Esker
  • MA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address discrepancies in promotional claims
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate rebate and promotion activities with sales, finance, and IT teams
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate trackers and ensure compliance with promotional agreements.
  • Comfortable working in a complex, high-volume environment with strict compliance requirements
