メインフレーム・サーバー”IBM Z”で稼働する主要ソフトウェアIMS(Information Management System)のテクニカルサポート・プロフェッショナルを募集しています。IMSはトランザクション処理およびデータベース管理の機能を提供するエンタープライズ向けソフトウェアであり、ミッションクリティカルな基幹システムの構築に欠かせない製品です。平常時は新しいソフトウェア・バージョンや修正コードのテストを行い、製品品質の向上に努めています。銀行をはじめとする金融機関のお客様が安定した業務を行えるよう、私たちが技術力と対応力でその基盤を支えています。

Rôle et responsabilités

IEST（Integrated Enterprise System Technical support) はIBMのテクニカルサポート部門に属し、IMSで稼働する金融システムをご利用のお客様に対して、障害が発生した際の問題判別や回復作業をご支援するチームです。

【主な業務】

  • お客様システムで発生した障害に対し、回復支援および原因判別を行います。
  • IMSの新バージョンや修正コードについて、金融システムでの使用を想定したテストとその結果検証を行います。
  • テストで発見された問題について原因を分析し、必要に応じて製品開発部門と連携して対応します。
  • 社内外のお客様から寄せられる製品に関する技術的な質問に回答します。
  • IBM社内で報告された障害情報や技術情報を、関係者へ水平展開します。
  • 既存の手順やプロセスにとらわれず、AIを含む新しい技術やサポートツールの導入を推進し、活用を促進します。
