IBM HR Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Lead to lead our HR Access Simplification project. This project aims to revolutionize the way employees access data across various HR platforms by implementing a comprehensive authorization model, working across systems, which is tailored to each employee's role. The objective is to ensure that every employee has immediate access to the information they need across all HR platforms and experiences, enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows.
- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the project from initiation through to completion, ensuring all milestones are met and project objectives are realized.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various teams, including Legal, Privacy, CIO, and applications like SuccessFactors, Avature, Adobe, and WF360/EPM. Manage relationships and expectations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Process Engineering: Eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies in access control processes. Simplify and clarify access requirements and automate access provisions based on job positions and responsibilities.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and dependencies, such as SuccessFactors and Avature hypercare status, limitations of Access Hub functionality, complex requirements, restrictions on access permissions, and lack of comprehensive or end to end visibility on applications.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress against KPIs, including processes eliminated, time saved in access application and approval, streamlined access, and improved governance. Document and report on these metrics.
- Strategic Value Delivery: Identify and communicate the non-quantifiable soft costs and strategic benefits of the project, such as reduced risk of insider threats, consolidation of Access Hub applications, reduced privacy incidents and compliance issues, enhanced user experience, and accelerated one-integrated AskHR experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in a large, complex organization.
- Proven expertise in managing technology projects, specifically those involving HR platforms and authorization models.
- Deep understanding of data security, privacy, and regulatory and legal compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Access Hub, SuccessFactors, Avature, Adobe, and WF360 is advantageous.
