In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
- Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform.
- Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.
- Able to implementing different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed.
Required Skill Set and Certifications:
- CAD (Certified Application Developer ServiceNow) completed prior to starting work.
- Experience developing flows with multiple REST integrations.
- Experience with Integrating ServiceNow with REST based Web services Catalog Development using variables, UI actions, client scripts, Business Rules etc Experience in the fields of Client Scripting using different scripting languages like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Data Import jobs/Batch job development experience Understanding on code check-in process and coding standards for developing SNOW forms in global scope Incident support experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
- ITSM with experience working in security area.
- Ability to work from USAA Plano OR San Antonio.
