The Talent Care Advisor is accountable for creating job postings and prescreening application questions
- Provide Introduction Call for New Applicants
- Remind candidates to complete profile information and pending assessments
- Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
- Confirm attendance for HM Interviews
- Generate and send offer letters/packages (internal only)
- Final Offer Calls for Hired candidates
- Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
- Monitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing
- Kick-off onboarding activities
- Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notification
- Send and/or draft offer letters
- At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment
- At least 1 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing
- Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy
- Proven solid attendance record with all past employment
- Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systems
- Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience working with a team
- Excellent grammar and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
