Vaša vloga in odgovornosti

The person will be responsible for all TA activities in Egypt.

Details of the role as under :

  • Ability to work with stakeholders to drive long term TA strategy for Egypt 
  • Should be able to drive delivery excellence amongst the team members to ensure fulfillment of demands 
  • Compliance and adherence to local recruiting practices 
  • Ensure succession planning for existing team members and work on career aspirations of team members
