The person will be responsible for all TA activities in Egypt.
Details of the role as under :
- Ability to work with stakeholders to drive long term TA strategy for Egypt
- Should be able to drive delivery excellence amongst the team members to ensure fulfillment of demands
- Compliance and adherence to local recruiting practices
- Ensure succession planning for existing team members and work on career aspirations of team members
- Recruitment experience of 15 years and above
- Stakeholder management
- Egypt labor market knowledge
- Knowledge of the local market
- Recruitment experience and ability to handle volume hiring
- Competitor mapping
