The Business Transformation Consultant plays a key role in driving the successful delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront initiatives for IBM’s client engagements. This role combines strategic analysis, project oversight, and stakeholder collaboration to translate business objectives into scalable digital solutions. The individual may support end-to-end planning and execution of AEM projects—including new site builds, component enhancements, and cloud migrations—while also implementing and optimizing Adobe Workfront for workflow automation, project intake, and resource management. Partnering closely with both business and IT stakeholders, they ensure alignment, governance, and on-time delivery of high-quality, integrated experiences that support the client’s digital transformation goals.

Work experiences you could be exposed to:
- Market Dynamics: Immersing yourself in primary research and collaborating with dynamic teams assisting clients in navigating market trends and refining competitive strategies.
- Operational Excellence:
- Coordinating schedules, dependencies, and delivery risks across AEM and Workfront initiatives.
- Monitoring progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Workfront, providing regular status updates and executive summaries.
- Measuring performance against KPIs for delivery quality, velocity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities to improve AEM content workflows, Workfront usage, and team collaboration efficiency.
- Researching best practices in agile delivery, change management, and digital content operations across IBM and client teams
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support coordination among IBM, client business teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on AEM and Workfront initiatives
- Assist with discovery sessions and workshops to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and content management needs
- Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements, ensuring clarity for development, QA, and design teams
- Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand and document requirements collaborating with diverse teams to capture and synthesize essential information
- Project Exposure: Gain hands on experience with transformation teams, enterprise-wide data integrations, and other initiatives. Contribute to your team's work by translating technical concepts into client-relevant terms and drive adoption of the KPI impact with key client stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a university degree in computer science, information systems, marketing technology, communications, or related field, with a track-record of academic success
- Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment
- Have initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints
- Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; while also be willing to adapt and have a readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges
- Interest in one or more of the following types of consulting: strategy, business transformation, or experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance, if needed
- Ability to work in-office, on-site in State College, PA during the academic year
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week during work terms when classes are in session (e.g., fall and spring semesters) and ability to work up to 40 hours per week during work terms during academic breaks (e.g., summer)
- Ability to travel or relocate as needed during academic breaks (e.g., summer)
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Basic understanding of AEM Sites, Components, Templates, and authoring workflows. Interest in learning how AEM supports large-scale digital experiences and integrates with other Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Adobe Workfront: Exposure to project management tools or interest in learning Workfront for task tracking, workflow automation, and project reporting
- Project Management & Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum concepts and experience (academic or project-based) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello for task management and team collaboration
These positions are anticipated to begin in January 2026 with an initial work term through May 2026. Work term extensions based on performance and continued business need. We have positions in State College, PA.
