Client Project Manager are Delivery Leaders who have the knowledge and experience to manage Complex engagements in IBM Consulting. They are responsible for managing all elements of the Program and contract in order to deliver a successful and profitable outcome for the client and IBM.
A Client Project Manager is responsible for the end to end management and deliver of a successful and profitable complex engagement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delight the client
- Identify key stakeholders
- Create and maintain stakeholder map
- Understand and manage client expectations
- Develop and implement communications plan
- Manage the contract
- Ensure ll parties understand the contract
- Create Documents of Understating (DoUs) when working with other business units
- Create the governance structure

- Work as a trusted advisor to client
- Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week subject to business needs.
- This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Client Project Manager for SAP must have had full end to end responsibility for delivery and for the financial performance for at least 2 SAP implementations with approximately 50 or more FTEs managed.
