· Drive sales of IBM Automation products across the Luxembourg market with a focus on FinOps, Application Performance management, Observability, Integration, Application modernization, Infrastructure as a code and hybrid cloud management.
· Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities via direct client engagement and IBM partners (GSIs, resellers, consultants)
· Work closely with technical specialists to position and demonstrate IBM automation value to clients.
· Identify new use cases and pain points where automation creates measurable ROI.
· Be hands-on: understand the technical and business dimensions of the solutions you sell.
· Be a trusted advisor— someone who knows the product inside out and brings real insight to every meeting.

· 3–6 years of experience in technology sales, consulting or pre-sales—ideally with enterprise software or automation solutions.
· Proven ability to understand and articulate technical solutions and position business value.
· Fluent in French, English, and Luxembourgish (German is a plus).
· Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
· Experience working with partners or in an ecosystem sales environment is a plus.
