Work as a team member with client personnel and other IBM teams to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with or in some instances leading others in the identification, justification and design of the client's solution.

We are seeking a mid-level Cybersecurity Support & Deployment Specialist to join our IT Cybersecurity team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in deploying and supporting cybersecurity tools in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in endpoint protection platforms such as CrowdStrike, RSA, or other antivirus solutions. Experience in either Linux or Windows environments for application deployment and support is also highly valued.
Essential Skills:
Robust comprehension of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Acquaintance with enterprise IT environments and deployment strategies.
Effective oral and written communication alongside meticulous documentation skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and sustain cybersecurity tools, including EDR solutions like CrowdStrike, Antivirus platforms, and RSA Security tools.
- Monitor and resolve performance issues and integration problems within cybersecurity tools.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and operations teams for secure deployment practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Engage in incident response actions and offer Tier 2/3 support for cybersecurity tools.
- Guarantee adherence to internal security policies and relevant industry standards.
Mandatory Technical Expertise:
Proven track record in handling Cybersecurity Tools such as CrowdStrike, RSA, or Antivirus/EDR platforms.
Desirable technical skills (in order of priority):
Substantial experience managing applications in Linux environments, specifically Red Hat and Ubuntu.
Significant hands-on experience installing and maintaining applications in Windows Server or Desktop environments.
