- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and/or other solutions to demonstrate risk present in the client’s enterprise environment, updating in near-real-time if possible.
- Coordinate with client leadership and SOC personnel to ensure that solutions reflect both the client’s business goals and the technical concerns of the SOC.
- Provide subject matter expertise to client leadership, SOC personnel, and other stakeholders concerning data visualization tools.
- Maintain awareness of UX best practices and standards, incorporating them in updates to the security dashboard solution so that client easily understands their risk posture.
- Document processes and generate reports to meet compliance requirements and organizational policies.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security clearance with the US Government.
- Experience with developing data visualizations and dashboards, preferably for security/risk relevant information in federal environments.
- Experience with integrating the output of enterprise IT management tools, preferably security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, etc).
- Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to distill complex technical information into easily-accessible presentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) compliance standards.
- Familiarity with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) guidelines, including NIST SP 800-53 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
- Knowledge of other security frameworks such as CIS Controls or ISO 27001.
- Previous experience working with Federal clients in a cloud-hosted environment.
