In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
User experience (UX) designers focus on creating seamless, engaging experiences and create intuitive and engaging experiences for our AI-driven conversational interfaces, including chatbots and voice assistants. You will design seamless dialogue flows and ensure natural, user-friendly interactions that align with our brand and user needs.
- Proven experience in UX design, preferably for conversational interfaces.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, linguistics, and user behavior.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and conversation design platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to empathize with users and translate insights into effective designs.
1.- Ability to demonstrate deep knowledge leveraging Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex & Polly speech recognition and AI Voiceflow tools.
2.- Experience designing and deploying voice recognition solutions on cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
3.- Possess a deep understanding of relevant technologies, including speech recognition (ASR), natural language understanding (NLU), and text-to-speech (TTS).
4.- Familiarity with AI frameworks and natural language processing is a plus.
