Vaša vloga in odgovornosti
  • Responsible Trade Compliance processes such as customs classification, compliance testing and validation, record retention, reporting, maintenance of Shipping Instructions.
  • Collaborates with US Customs as well as other external regulatory bodies.
  • You will interlock with CHQ functions such as Import Regulations Office, Business controls, Corporate Tax, Corporate Audit, Export Regulations Office, Supply Chain, and Procurement
  • Maintenance of Internal Control Program, Audit Programs, Corporate Instructions
  • You will support Procurement with Logistics Supplier service contracting (definition of statement of work, supplier interviews, supplier selection)
  • Work with regional control towers to achieve commonality and harmonization of tools and process, as far as local rules allow
  • You will ensure that IBM imports and exports are executed in compliance with local country and US regulations.
