Uvod

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sourcing Lead to join our Global Technology Procurement team which supports IBM in over 80 countries. This position will be responsible for leading and executing complex deals and coordinating regional requirements for IT categories, across time zones and geographies.  

Vaša vloga in odgovornosti
  • Lead complex sourcing deals, including multi-stage bids, commercial and legal negotiations, contract implementation
  • Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with the company's business objectives 
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust supplier qualification and performance management system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of procurement systems and tools.
Zahtevana izobrazba
Srednješolska diploma/GED
Zahtevano strokovno in tehnično znanje
  • Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in supply chain management, business administration, law, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sourcing, in Hardware, Software, Maintenance/Support, Cloud Services, AI and Emerging Technologies categories
  • Experience working in multiple regions and managing procurement in different countries and through remote teams
