Vaša vloga in odgovornosti

As a SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex SAP HANA projects from initiation to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and ensure successful project execution. Your expertise in SAP HANA, project management, and leadership will enable you to navigate complex project landscapes, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations.

You will ensure seamless communication with clients, guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. Leveraging the latest technologies, you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines, contributing to the success of the project.

You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Project Management
  • At least one S/4 HANA full lifecycle project
  • Participated in the role of the Project Manager in at least 2 complex SAP implementation programs (multiple companies with different business)
  • Understanding of SAP Industrial manufacturing
  • Project Management and Team Leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate implementation methodology
  • Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English - both written and verbal

  • SAP Activate Certification
  • Project Management or Scrum Master Certification
  • German language knowledge
