In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Reporting Analyst within our Finance BPO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operations through insightful reporting and data analysis. Your responsibilities will primarily involve producing reports to provide critical Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Objective (SLO) insights to both internal operations and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Data Visualization: Format information and develop associated visuals, charts, and graphs to present complex data in an easily digestible manner. Create and execute a variety of performance, statistical, and ad hoc business reports.
- Operational Analysis: Provide both minor and major reports and analysis to the operations team.
- Report Automation: Ensure timely, accurate, and complete production of all regular reports and develop report automation using Excel Form, PivotTables, and Macros where applicable
- You possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance,Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) and SQL.
- Strong attention to detail with advanced data and statistical analysis skills.
- Experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools is a plus.
