Ideal role for a fresh graduate in the fields of Marketing, Economic Studies etc, the Junior Marketing Automation Specialist will be trained to build and execute end to end robust inbound and outbound campaigns with an emphasis on continuous optimization.
- Builds and publishes end to end programs on Marketo independently, based on specifications
- Proactively suggests improvements to campaign design
- Understands Marketing Automation in overall Marketing structure
- A/B Testing and Optimization
- Delivers operations reporting and optimization
- Data management and governance
- Email deliverability
- Partners to define and deliver against KPIs
- Shows understanding of databases and reporting tools and metrics for troubleshooting and executing stakeholder requirements
- Represents discipline on transformation projects and key marketing initiatives
- Executes within Marketo across all Core and Hub requirements
- Delivers other tasks related to the Adobe Tools in the context of the marketing transformation.
Occasionally the employee will need to work in the afternoon/evening to cover up for US time zone, as scheduled and planned with the manager in advance.
