  • Ter entre 17 e 21 anos. (Para pessoas com deficiência, não há limite máximo de idade.)
  • Estar matriculado no último ano do Ensino Médio em escola pública ou ser bolsista 100% em escola particular. Também podem participar pessoas que já concluíram o Ensino Médio nessas condições.
  • Não estar cursando o ensino superior.
  • Ter baixa renda familiar, pois o programa tem caráter social e busca promover a inclusão de jovens no mercado de trabalho.
  • Nunca ter participado como Jovem Aprendiz em outra empresa.
  • Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar das 9h às 16h. Se ainda estiver cursando o Ensino Médio, é necessário estar matriculado no turno da noite.
