Your mission as a Digital Sales Manager is to coach Digital Sales teams through the end-to-end sales process, including identification, progression and the closure of opportunities. Digital Sales Managers create and drive territory strategy, planning and execution with a focus on assigned products. Additionally, you will execute the Brand Route-to-Market strategy within the assigned Territory, engage with Ecosystem team to ensure use of partners in progressing and closing opportunities, and leverage Marketing to drive demand generation.
We’re seeking a Digital Sales B2BI Integration Sales Manager to lead our high-performing digital sales team and scale complex enterprise transactions across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving productivity, accelerating revenue growth, and mentoring a team of talented sales professionals focused on delivering exceptional client value.
- Lead and manage a team of digital sales professionals focused on large-scale app and platform deal execution.
- Oversee end-to-end deal strategy, from pipeline management through contract closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to streamline deal execution and remove barriers to success.
- Coach and develop sales team members to improve win rates, shorten deal cycles, and maximize individual and team performance.
- Analyze deal performance and sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices to scale digital sales across multiple regions and verticals.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and complex deal structures.
Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of four days a week, subject to business needs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in digital, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
- Proven success in leading teams through complex enterprise transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to scale sales operations and improve team productivity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in the EDI and Integration space, software sales , or digital platforms.
- Global team leadership or multi-region deal experience.
- College Degree or relevant business degree a plus.
