Vaša vloga in odgovornosti
  • Work with customers as technical experts during post sales to ensure business goals are met with IBM software and services
  • Identify use cases, co-create on MVPs and partner with clients as they design solution architectures and scale use cases to production
  • Are assigned to one broad solution area including Automation, Data and AI, Kyndryl-Storage- zSW, Cloud, Security, Sustainability and watsonx

  • Technical knowledge to drive adoption
  • Serve as a trusted expert for the customer’s migration and deployment of CS-covered offerings
  • Conducts workshops with customers to align IT architecture, integration and migration requirements

  • Assists in Day 2 operational planning and execution
