We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Operations professional to support pricing and packaging strategy for IBM’s Data & AI portfolio. This role focuses on helping product teams define, implement, and optimize pricing and packaging models that drive adoption and revenue growth.
You will collaborate with product managers, finance, and go-to-market teams to ensure pricing structures are competitive, transparent, and aligned with IBM’s commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining pricing and packaging models for IBM Data & AI products.
- Conduct competitive analysis on pricing strategies and market trends.
- Support internal modeling and scenario planning for new offerings and portfolio changes.
- Collaborate with finance and product teams to track pricing performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Help prepare pricing documentation, sales enablement materials, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to launch readiness activities by ensuring pricing and packaging details are accurate and communicated effectively.
- Maintain clear records and documentation to support transparency and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for modeling.
- Familiarity with pricing concepts, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Experience with pricing tools or financial modeling software.
- Exposure to enterprise AI, data platforms, or SaaS pricing models.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
