As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. • Solving Client Challenges Effectively: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that helps them reach true business value by working thru the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency .

- AIOps & Automation Expertise: Proven experience in designing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions across the full lifecycle. This includes business process automation, system integration, observability, application resource optimization, and proactive incident detection and resolution using AIOps principles.
- Leadership in Critical Environments: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and make decisions under pressure during high-impact incidents or outages.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong coordination and communication skills to engage with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders—both internal and external.
- Risk Management & Escalation: Proactive in identifying operational risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and escalating issues with clarity and urgency when needed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with emphasis on clarity, objectivity, and technical articulation.
- English Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English, including fluency in Technical IT terminology and documentation.
- Technical Support Experience: Solid background in software support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to interpret logs, monitor system behavior, and perform initial diagnostics across distributed environments.
- Advanced Automation Technologies: Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, IBM Datapower, API Connect, App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, WebSphere Application Server.
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Java, Python, Shell scripting, and Perl. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Observability & Monitoring Tools: Exposure to tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Instana, or similar platforms used in AIOps environments.
- Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Understanding of cloud-native architectures and hybrid deployments, including integration with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Team Leadership: Experience mentoring technical teams, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
