- AIOps & Observability Tools: Experience with platforms such as Instana, Turbonomic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar.
- Automation & Integration Technologies: Practical knowledge of IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, Datapower, API Connect, ACE, MQ, WebSphere, and orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Java, Shell scripting, and Perl, with a focus on task automation and system integration.
- Containers & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices-based environments.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code models.
- Technical Leadership: Ability to serve as a technical reference, mentor teams, and influence strategic technology decisions.
