What you’ll do…
We have a variety of roles available supporting key HR functions and processes. With the need to maintain strict confidentiality and to handle sensitive data with complete care and discretion, your role and responsibilities could include:
- Administrative coordination & support
- Project Management

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, data management, and leadership support within a dynamic, innovative HR team at IBM.

Location: Based in London or Winchester with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. You will need to be within a commutable distance from the office. This is not a remote position.

Who are you?
Here’s what we’re looking for in our next generation of talent:
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools – especially excel for data manipulation and management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity for handling sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

The start dates for our Human Resources University Placement scheme are 19th June 2025, 17th July 2025 or 14th August 2025.
