As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: Comprehensive Feature Development and Issue Resolution: Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined. Continuous Learning and Technology Integration: Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.
- Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration with SAP ERP, HRIS, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, and third-party middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), APIs, OData, and data mapping techniques.
- Experience with core SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex integration issues quickly and effectively.
- Deep understanding of integration protocols and tools (API, OData, SOAP, RESTful services).
- Experience working with cloud-based integration platforms and other enterprise applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical solutions, writing user manuals, and providing knowledge transfer.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (formerly known as HANA cloud platform)
- Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP
