The Solutions Architecture (SA) organization serves as solution subject matter experts, providing technical guidance at strategic points throughout the lifecycle of our partnership with our customers. As technical specialists, we collaborate across multiple functions including Sales, Solution Engineering, R&D, Value Engineering, Marketing and Professional Services help clear technical blockers, optimize solution design, and accelerate time-to-value for Customers adopting HashiCorp solutions.
Responsabilities:
* As a Manager of Solutions Architecture, at HashiCorp, you will lead a diverse team in a high-performance environment, applying your expertise in solution architecture and/or sales engineering. Your role will be pivotal in guiding the Solutions Architecture team who serve as product and solution domain experts, and drive strategic engagements with their customers during their journey with HashiCorp's products.
* Be responsible for a team of Solutions Architect Specialists, providing leadership, mentorship, and direction
* Develop team performance, set clear goals, and cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Lead the development of sophisticated, scalable, and consumable product and process methodologies within the HashiCorp portfolio, benefiting field teams, partners and customers
* Drive strategic opportunities across the entire customer journey, from discovery to optimization, ensuring HashiCorp products are effectively embraced and integrated within customer environments
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key customer partners, account team leadership, and internal collaborators and leaders, handling risks and opportunities related to product adoption, renewal, and expansion
* Collaborate with the Value Engineering and Product Management teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions and supply to new product requirements
* Serve as an educator and advisor to HashiCorp sales and solutions engineering teams, partners, and customers, improving their understanding and adoption of HashiCorp products
* B.S. degree in an engineering or similar program from an accredited college/university preferred or equivalent experience
*Demonstrated leadership in running technical teams with a focus on getting results and team development
*Deep knowledge in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and HashiCorp products
*Certifications in HashiCorp Products, Cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), and/or container orchestration (CKA) are highly desirable
*Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to handle partner relationships successfully
