• Experience: Over 10 years of HR consulting experience, including over 5 years leading global human resource transformation projects for manufacturing enterprises (such as overseas factory construction, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and HR integration)
Industry background: Possess overseas human resource management experience in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises such as automobiles, electronics, and machinery
Successful case: Led complete HR globalization landing projects in at least 30 countries/regions
Core competencies
Proficient in global organizational design methodology (such as matrix control, shared service center construction)
• Possess cross-cultural sensitivity and master international leadership development methods and tools
