Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

We are seeking a visionary Chief SAP Basis Architect to shape our clients SAP strategy, spearhead innovative technological solutions, and lead a team of top-tier SAP technology professionals. This role demands a rare blend of technical mastery, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills.

1.  Strategic SAP Technology Vision:  Develop and communicate a comprehensive SAP technology roadmap aligned with our clients business objectives.

2.  Innovation and Best Practices:  Lead the identification and implementation of innovative SAP solutions and best practices that drive business value and competitive advantage.

3.  Team Leadership and Development:  Oversee the work of multiple Principal and Senior SAP Basis Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

4.  Client-Facing Engagement:  Serve as the chief advisor to our most strategic clients, providing expert guidance on SAP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.

5.  Partnership and Vendor Management:  Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with SAP and other key technology vendors, ensuring access to the latest SAP innovations and resources.

6.  Enterprise Architecture and Governance:  Define and enforce SAP architecture principles, standards, and governance across the organization.

7.  Thought Leadership:  Represent the organisation in industry forums, contribute to thought leadership publications, and stay abreast of emerging SAP trends and technologies.

8.  Change Management:  Lead and manage organisational change associated with major SAP initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high user adoption rates.

Qualifications and Skills: 

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience can also be considered in lieu of a degree.

2. Unparalleled expertise as an SAP Basis Consultant, with extensive experience in SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.

3. In-depth understanding of SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures.

4. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, and other related technologies.

5. Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex, large-scale SAP solutions.

6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance short-term project needs with long-term strategic goals.

7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives and managing high-stakes client relationships.

8. Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

9. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
