As the manager for AI Library Development and Performance Optimization your responsibilities would include

  • Manage a team of highly skilled AI Library Developers and performance optimization engineers
  • Collaborating with technical architects & stakeholder in defining scope and deliverable for the team & individual team member
  • Manage the planning, execution and tracking of the teams scope & deliverable
  • Driving process improvement and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency of the team
  • Driving quality & compliance of all deliverable
  • Managing team members skill & career growth and retaining talent
  • Drive teams growth by attracting and hiring new talent based on project need

Experiência Profissional e Técnica Requerida
  • Atleast 12+ years on IT industry experience  in product development
  • Atleast 4+ years of experience managing projects and people
  • Experience working & managing open source projects
  • Experience in project planning, tracking and use of project management tools
  • Experience collaborating and working with Global teams
  • Knowledge of AI Frameworks & Libraries
  • Knowledge of Open source process
  • Knowledge of performance benchmarking & optimization methods
