In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Assists clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications;
- Effectively run business user design and user experience sessions;
- Uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SFDC CRM experience to lead business / functional discussion with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams);
- Demonstrate experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Understand client's business pain points and offer solution to address leveraging salesforce.com platform/ offerings;
- Provide experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes.
- Experiência em Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Domínio em módulos como E-mail Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Personalization e Contact Builder;
- Design e Arquitetura de Soluções: Habilidade para estruturar e implementar soluções complexas em Marketing Cloud, com foco em performance, escalabilidade e segurança;
- Integração de Sistemas: Experiência com integrações de Marketing Cloud com plataformas de CRM (como Salesforce CRM), APIs e Data Extensions;
- Desenvolvimento e Personalização: Conhecimento em AMPScript, SQL, JavaScript, e outras linguagens relevantes para customizar e otimizar campanhas.
- Ensino superior completo;
- Conhecimento em Vlocity será considerado um diferencial;
- Certificações Salesforce.
