• Analyze customer requirements and provide optimized solutions using IBM’s Data, AI, and Automation technologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and guide customers to maximize product adoption.
Consulting & Solution Recommendation for Business Success
• Understand customer business objectives and utilize data-driven insights to recommend tailored solutions.
• Support customers in successfully adopting and scaling IBM solutions for long-term success.
Developing Technical Expertise for Growth as a Technical Specialist
• Continuously learn about emerging technologies in Data, AI, and Automation.
• Gain hands-on experience working with customers and IBM solutions, building a foundation for a future Technical Specialist role.
Enhancing Communication & Collaboration Skills
• Engage in technical discussions with various stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, operations teams, and executives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, and Engineering teams to deliver the best customer experience.
Building Agile Problem-Solving Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or expected graduation in a relevant field
