Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

As a Business Transformation Consultant (BTC) at IBM, you'll work right at the intersection of technology, people, and process, helping our clients transform how they adapt to shifts in the market, and more closely align their business strategy and vision. You'll help clients understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes, as well as an opportunity to build a powerful portfolio of interesting and rewarding experiences. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for: Projecting business values of a solution in client-relevant terms and drive adoption of the KPI impact with key client stakeholders Developing communications tailored to specific audiences while working in an agile, collaborative environment Using IBM's Design Thinking to help solve client's challenges and analyze data to support conclusions and strategies.

Specially, you will be responsible for :

  • Work with the client's IT leader and IT team to assist existing MES ( SiView ) system in semiconductor wafer process manufacturing.
  • Analyzing requirements: Lead project requirements taking and communicate with relevant stakeholders to determine system functionality and features.
  • Designing system architecture: Design the overall structure and architecture of the software system to ensure it meets project requirements.
  • Familiar Developing Cycle : Familiar with project developing cycle from requirement taking, developing, testing and lead the developing team for project delivery.
  • Software testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the correctness and stability of the software.
  • Integration and deployment: Integrate the developed software with existing systems or third-party software and deploy it to production environments.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance: Resolve issues in production environments and update and maintain software as needed.
  • Team collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, testers, and designers, to advance project progress together.
  • Continuous learning: Keep track of new technological trends and developments, continuously learn and improve skill levels to stay competitive.

Experiência Profissional e Técnica Requerida
  • SME (Subject Matter Expertise) of MES solution in Semiconductor Manufacturing Wafer Process, such as IBM SiView, the role shall familiar with user requirements and solutions especially in MES production manufacturing tracking, fully auto manufacturing and/or equipment automation integration area.
  • The role is able to lead a team for enabling MES system in new wafer fab including MES requirements developing/testing and system deployment
  • The role must also familiar with the integration with CIM subsystems like RTD, APC, SPC, FDC, Reporting, reticle management and/or Yield Management .
  • Interesting in build a future smart semiconductor manufacturing Fab with fully auto, self-optimization, big data analysis, backend process integrated capability, and/or even AI enabled manaufacturing.   
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and challenges, and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ability to apply logic to solve business problems through a detailed analytical approach
  • Ability to translate requirements into a business case
