Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

 

As an Operations & Supply Chain Strategy Consultant, you will support global clients in improving operational resilience, reducing costs, and driving innovation, bringing together IBM's unique capabilities across strategy, innovation, design, data analytics, cognitive computing, and technology platforms to develop and deliver high-impact transformation programs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:  

 •Lead supply chain strategy design, network optimization, and resilience planning.•Drive procurement and sourcing strategy to reduce costs and strengthen supplier relationships.•Optimize end-to-end operations including manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.•Use data analytics to identify operational bottlenecks and improve performance.•Facilitate executive-level workshops and contribute to business development.

Experiência Profissional e Técnica Requerida

 

•Extensive consulting experience in Operations and Supply Chain.•Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.•Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.•Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.•Proven track record in client-facing roles, delivering measurable impact.•Fluency in English and French.• Swiss/EU nationality or valid Swiss permit required.

 

Experiência Profissional e Técnica Preferencial

 

•Familiarity with digital supply chain tools (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, E2Open. o9, Blue Yonder).•Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS/CSCP, or supply chain management.•Experience in sustainable supply chain strategies (green logistics, circular economy).
