Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

zDIH Performance Squad lead 

Our purpose is to enable businesses to work better, through innovation and by deploying first class technology. We have the privilege of solving problems for the world’s market-shaping companies and government agencies who in-turn provide critical services and solutions for people across the world. 

As part of this role (non-functional, HA / DR, Performance squad lead) with IBM Z Digital Integration Hub product team within the IBM Z Software portfolio, you will be focusing on product performance, high availability and disaster recovery aspects. Your role will be to bring strong technical expertise and leadership to the product development and customer solutions.

Experiência Profissional e Técnica Requerida

o   8 – 14 years of experience with software development. 

o   Strong skills and experience with performant Java application development, Java config, heaps. 

o   Strong experience with debugging. 

o   Experience and proficiency with team leadership, demonstrating commitment and successful delivery outcomes.

 

o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geo teams.

Experiência Profissional e Técnica Preferencial

o   Strong understanding of applications and architectures within the z/OS environment

o   Experience in developing applications on the z/OS platform, as well as experience and familiarity of the z/OS environment, tools, and development practices

o   Knowledge of performance on z/OS

 

o   Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery on z/OS
