In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology

Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

1. Leading end-to-end implementation of SAP solutions for clients across various industries preferably Chemicals & Petroleum. 2. Managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and quality to ensure successful delivery. 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and clients, to define project requirements and deliverables. 4. Developing and executing project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation strategies. 5. Ensuring adherence to IBM and client standards, methodologies, and quality processes. 6. Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members. 7. Facilitating client communication, including presenting project status, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts. 8. Continually improving project management skills and staying updated on SAP product enhancements and industry trends. This role requires extensive experience in SAP implementations, project management methodologies, and a deep understanding of SAP solutions. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Experiência Profissional e Técnica Requerida

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications may be preferred. 2. Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP implementations, preferably in multiple industries. This includes managing projects from initiation to closure, and overseeing various phases like planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. 3. Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders. 4. Deep understanding of SAP functional modules, preferably in areas like Finance, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, or Manufacturing. 5. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification), tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), and techniques. 6. Proficiency in SAP methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate), SAP private cloud, SAP Public cloud, and Clean core. 7. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively. 8. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework is a plus. 9. Demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
