Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades
  • Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Analyse client payroll requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Configure payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with clients, HR, and technical teams for successful delivery.

Experiência Profissional e Técnica Requerida
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing.
  • Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point).
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
