In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

Leads Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) projects for SAP systems, ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions that meet business objectives. Responsible for managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Has a strong understanding of SAP products, project management methodologies, and experience in managing ADM projects for SAP systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage SAP ADM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions

* Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management

* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP developers, quality assurance, and business stakeholders

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables

* Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines

* Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies

* Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP solutions

* Manage vendor relationships and contracts

* Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders

* Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and customer needs

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SAP solutions align with business strategies and objectives

  • General SAP experience is a must have


Experiência Profissional e Técnica Preferencial
  • Knowledge on SAP ISH (Industry Solution for Hospitals) or SAP FI/MM/HR (Financial / Material Management / Human Resource)
  • SAP IMG System configuration and customization
  • Programming skills in SAP ABAP/4 programming, ABAP Query, ALV reporting, SAPScripts and SmartForms, preferred
  • Knowledge on HL7 standards, Biztalk, Webservices is preferred.
