1. Analyse, design scalable and integrated complex processes business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
2. Perform advanced configuration of SD components (sales, shipping, billing, credit management, rebates).
3. Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and interfaces (RICEFW).
4. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM, and CRM.
5. Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
6. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
7. Handle high-level support issues (L2/L3), root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
9. Act as a bridge between business users, IT, and SAP support teams.
10. Conduct workshops, gather feedback, and provide expert advice to leadership.
11. Guide and mentor junior consultants.
12. Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and internal teams.
13. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and change requests.
14. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SAP best practices.
1. Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science or related field
2. Strong knowledge on SAP process business
3. More than 8 years hands-on experience in SAP SD module with multiple end-to-end implementations and support projects
4. Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, and go-live support.
5. Skilled in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering optimized solutions.
6. Strong verbal and written communication for documentation, training, and stakeholder presentations.
7. Proven experience mentoring junior consultants and working in a global delivery model
8. Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, and executive stakeholders.
