Provide support for cross-functional teams responsible for driving efficient processing of automated workflows. The Operations Analyst's roles and responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain operations workflows for Hybrid workforce Automated Private Medical Record (PMR) retrieval, ensure that processing and service level targets are met, troubleshoot and coordinate the identification and resolution of issues with internal stakeholders, and communicate status changes to external stakeholders • Assist in generating, reviewing, analyzing, and potentially creating operational reports and queries to monitor metrics associated with the success of automated workflows •Analyze, Plan, Optimize workload management across a hybrid workforce (people and automation technology) • Work with stakeholders, especially Private Health Providers (PHP), to understand pain points, assess enhancement requests, and monitor existing requests
• Deep analytical skills and ability to formulate data-driven recommendations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Data analysis experience (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python)
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships with Private Health Providers (PHPs) and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Private Medical Record retrieval in support of a US Federal Government Agency
• Experience working in and managing a hybrid people-automation working environment.
• Experience with Public Sector Clients (US Federal, Higher Education, State and Local Governments)
• 2+ years experience in business operations, project management, or data analytics
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Blueworks Live, Confluence)
• Experience implementing solutions that utilize robotic process automation (RPA), natural language processing (NLP), or Hyperscience
• Experience with Private Medical Record retrieval in support of Department of Veterans Affairs.
