The CRM Technical Architect will lead the MS Dynamics CRM technical team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. This role involves designing solutions, estimating project efforts, and overseeing governance activities like code reviews and design validation. The architect will also manage the team, assign tasks, resolve technical challenges, and take ownership of technical impediments. Proficiency in customizing and developing using MS Dynamics 365, C#, .NET, and Azure is essential, along with a proactive approach to innovation and best practices.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Online Version
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Integrations (Power Platform/Custom Integrations/Azure Aware Plugins)
- Experience designing and developing scalable solutions. Should be hands on in C#
- Experience in Azure (Azure Functions/ Web Jobs/DevOps/Service Bus/Queue/Topics)
- Analytics experience using Azure Data Factory/Synapse
- Strong English language skills in written and spoken
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with reporting on Power BI
- Experience with scrum process activities and agile project methodology
