In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the implementation team, responsible for understanding their business needs and translating them into functional specifications.
2. Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients to identify their current state processes and future state requirements.
3. Map and document as-is and to-be processes for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce configuration and customization.
4. Configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, including modules relevant to retail such as financial management, supply chain management, retail store operations, and customer engagement.
5. Develop process flows, business rules, and workflow configurations.
6. Collaborate with the technical team to provide detailed specifications for development tasks.
7. Assist in solution demonstrations, data migration planning, and user training.
8. Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, statements of work, and other pre-sales documentation.
9. Stay updated with the latest updates and releases of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce and understand how they can benefit retail clients.
10. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the organization.
. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in functional consulting, with at least 2 years in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, preferably within the retail industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, including modules relevant to retail.
4. Strong understanding of retail business processes, including financial management, supply chain, store operations, and customer engagement.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
7. Project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce are highly desirable.
