We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Demand Strategist to lead and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives that drive demand and accelerate pipeline growth with the ASEAN region. This role will focus heavily on digital planning and content development, working closely with Web, Social, Paid Media and E-commerce Strategists to craft compelling digital experiences across the buyer journey.
- Digital Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital demand generation strategies aligned with business goals and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with Web, Social, and E-commerce Strategists to devise unified digital plans encompassing owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring smooth integration of inbound and outbound touchpoints.
- Content Development & Localization
- Create engaging, persona-driven content supporting every stage of the digital buyer journey.
- Localize content to effectively resonate with diverse audiences across the ASEAN region, considering cultural and linguistic nuances.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain content consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Spearhead digital demand projects, liaising with cross-functional teams, including Web, Social, and Paid Media.
- Real-time adaptation and optimization of campaigns to enhance engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Performance Management
- Utilize data and analytics to comprehend audience behavior, refine targeting, and retarget effectively.
- Conduct performance analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
- Convert digital engagement into actionable sales opportunities via smart content syndication and lead nurturing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Field Marketers, Demand Strategists, and Event Strategists to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing and sales strategies to amplify impact.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing plans across various markets, utilizing a range of tactics and technologies within budget and time limits.
- Effective collaboration within cross-functional and multicultural teams, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.
- Understanding of B2B technology products, sales cycles, and solution positioning strategies.
