We’re looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about crafting impactful, user-centered experiences across mobile and web platforms, with a focus on the financial services and high-tech industries. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end UX design initiatives—from conducting user research and developing wireframes to building prototypes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

1. User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user behaviors and needs.
- Analyze research findings to create user personas, journey maps, and insights.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Clients.
2. Information Architecture & Wireframing
- Define the information architecture for digital platforms to ensure logical navigation and ease of use.
- Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
3. Prototyping & Interaction Design
- Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with client brands and enhance user satisfaction.
4. User Testing & Validation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine concepts and ensure technical feasibility.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, system analysts, and developers to implement and enhance designs.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to business stakeholders.
6. Continuous Learning
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the team and across projects.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in UX design for mobile and web platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Protopie and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Experience working in a client-facing environment with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Mandarin proficiency. Good command of English.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking workshop techniques and experience facilitating diverse groups to achieve desired outcomes.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services or Fin-Tech industry is a plus.
